No forms and no fuss - Changing Your Investment Option(s)

From 8 February 2021, Triple S / Select / Flexible Rollover Product / Income Stream Investment Switch paper-based forms will be moving online.

Investment switches will be made via the secure online Member Portal. If you’re not already registered click here and follow the prompts.

Switching online means no more double handling with paper-based forms, creating a more seamless process that gives you more flexibility and control.

Changing your investment option(s) online is easy. Simply login to your Super SA online account via the secure Member Portal using your Client ID number (which you can find on the top right hand side of your statement) to make a switch electronically – there’s no forms and no fuss!

Please note: the unit price applied to a switch will represent the market value of an investment option calculated after the switch is received. A request to switch your current account balance investment option(s) that is received before 5pm on a business day will generally take effect on the third business day following the date of receipt.
