Your Annual Statement is on the way!

Strong returns for your super

Over the last 12 months, financial markets have made an outstanding recovery. All of our investment options either met or exceeded their long term objectives for the 2020-21 financial year.

Investment returns and the impact on your super balance is detailed in your annual statement.

Your annual statement is available online via the Member Portal or will be sent to you by post.

Pension and Lump Sum statements will start to be posted to members from mid September and SA Ambulance statements from early October. Triple S, Super SA Select, Income Stream, Flexible Rollover Product members can expect to receive their annual statements from mid to late October. Members of these schemes can opt in to receive their statement electronically through the Member Portal.

How to switch

1. Get your Client ID
You must use your Client ID number, not your Account ID, to log in or register to access your account online. Your Client ID number can be found on the front page of your statement in the top right hand corner.

2. Log in to the online member portal

3. Edit your communication preferences
Once you have logged in or registered for the member portal, click on ‘Manage my details" under the "I WANT TO" tab.

4. Click 'Edit’ and scroll down to change your ‘communication preferences’. 

5. Don't forget to 'Save' your changes at the bottom of the page
