If you have concerns with any aspect of your membership and our Member Services has not been able to meet your needs, you can lodge a complaint with Super SA. Complaints need to be in writing and should be addressed to:
Secretary, Super SA Board, GPO Box 48, Adelaide SA 5001.
Super SA aims to resolve all matters through its internal enquiry and dispute resolution process. If the Super SA Office cannot resolve your issue it will be referred to the Super SA Board. You also have the right to contact the State Ombudsman, or to take your case to court.
