Change to banking arrangements

As part of a whole of SA Government initiative, we are changing our banking partner from Commonwealth Bank Australia (CBA) to Australia and New Zealand bank (ANZ). We’re aiming to implement this change from Monday 8 April 2024. If you are currently receiving payments from Super SA Income Stream, Pension accounts or income protection payments, this change could affect the timing of your payments.

As a result of this transition, due to different clearing times of funds by different banks, your payment from Super SA may be delayed up to a day or could potentially arrive earlier than normal. This could affect the automatic payments you have set up from your personal bank account. In case your payment is delayed, we recommend that you review any direct debits and payment arrangements you currently have in place.
