Changes to Super SA's Financial Guidance Services
5 June 2025Super SA would like to announce some changes on how we provide financial guidance, helping more members get the support they need when making decisions about their super.
Starting in July this year, we will be expanding our General Advice services delivered through our existing Member Services and Member Education teams.
This will enable us to help our members with general information around topics such as investment options, retirement planning and insurance.
We will also be offering more personalised advice specific to Super SA’s schemes and products through a new Digital Advice Tool which will be available in 2026.
These changes will allow us to help members understand, plan for, and maximise their super savings, particularly for our members who are not able to access comprehensive advice.
Although this means that we will no longer be offering members access to licensed financial planners from our Adelaide offices, we will still support our members to navigate their options. We are also working with the local financial planning industry to educate them on our Schemes so that they can advise with confidence.
Stay tuned for more updates and details as we roll out these changes from July 2025.
