Temporary portal outage: 5.30pm 30 June – 5.30 pm 3 July
30 May 2025To prepare for the new financial year (2025–26), we’ll be carrying out a system update. This means both the Super SA member portal and employer portal will be unavailable whilst we make these changes.
We know even planned outages can be inconvenient, so we’ve done everything we can to provide advance notice to minimise disruption. Read on to find out what this means for you and how you can prepare.

When will online access be unavailable?
Both the member portal and employer portals will be unavailable from:
- 5.30pm Monday 30 June to 5.30pm Thursday 3 July 2025 (local time)
I’m a member – what do I need to know?
You won’t be able to log in to the member portal during the outage period.
However, keep the following in mind:
- Scheduled member payments are not affected – we’ll process them as usual.
- Online investment switching will be unavailable, but if you need to make an investment switch, download and complete the Offline investment change form, and return it via email or post. We’ll process your request as soon as we receive it. (Just keep in mind that postal delivery times may delay how quickly we receive your form).
- If you need to update your contact details, communication preferences, check your account balance or other details, please contact our Member Services team.
I’m an employer – what do I need to know?
The employer portal will be unavailable during the outage period, which means you will not be able to process your employee contributions between:
- 5.30pm Monday 30 June and 5.30pm Thursday 3 July 2025 (local time)
We recommend you plan ahead and process your employee contributions before the outage.
