Your 2024‑25 Annual Statement

We’re preparing annual statements so you can see how your super account performed over the financial year.

Make sure your statement delivery preference – email or post – is up to date by 31 July.
Just log in to the member portal, go to My Accounts > My Details, and check or update your communication preference.

Estimates delivery dates

Triple S, Super SA Select, Income Stream and Flexible Rollover Product: We will inform members via email in September when annual statements are in the member portal and ready to view. Postal delivery to members who prefer a printed statement will commence shortly after.

Pension and Lump Sum: Statements will be posted from mid-September.

SA Ambulance: Statements will be posted from early October.

Tax time tip

Most members don’t need their Annual Statement to complete their tax return.
