Member and Employer portal outage 5.00pm Tuesday 30 June – 5.00 pm Friday 3 July

To prepare for the new financial year (2026–27), we’ll be carrying out a system update. This means both the Super SA member portal and employer portal will be temporarily unavailable whilst we make these changes.

We know even planned outages can be inconvenient, so we’ve done everything we can to provide advance notice regarding this necessary update. If you have any questions, please contact our Member Services team here.

When will online access be unavailable?
Both the member portal and employer portals will be unavailable from: 5.00pm Tuesday 30 June – 5.00 pm Friday 3 July (local time).
