All of Super SA’s administration is managed by the Operations directorate. We like to think of it as the engine room where all transactions take place.

This group is responsible for opening accounts, processing insurance claims and all member payments, including regular income stream and lump sum payments.

The Data Integrity team fulfils a key role in providing the functionality needed to maintain Super SA databases.

Policy and Governance

As an exempt public sector fund, Super SA has the flexibility to do things a little differently. With this in mind, we always put the members’ best interests at the forefront of everything we do.
