Accessing your Annual Statement online
Logging in to the member portal
You must use your Client ID number to log in and register to access your account online. Your Client ID number can be found on the second page of your statement in the top right hand corner as pictured below:
Locating your Filing Cabinet within the member portal
Once you are logged into the member portal, you will be able to access your virtual Filing Cabinet where your Annual Statement is stored. To do so follow these simple steps:
Go to the 'My Details' Menu at the top of the screen. Then click on 'My Filing Cabinet'.
You will then be able to access your filing cabinet. Scroll down the page and all relevant correspondence, including your Annual Statement will appear underneath the search area.
