Accessing your Annual Statement online
The majority of Triple S Annual Member Statements have now
been processed, your statement should arrive in the post in the coming weeks.
If you have opted in to receive your statement online, you can also access your Annual Statement through our online member portal
at any time.
Logging in to the member portal
Remember to use your 'Client ID' number to log in to the online Member Portal. This is located on the second page of your statement in the top right hand corner. We also posted this number to you in a letter in April 2018.
Locating your Filing Cabinet within the member portal
Once you are logged into the member portal, you will be able to access your virtual Filing Cabinet. To do so follow these simple steps:
Go to the 'My Details' Menu at the top of the screen. Then click on 'My Filing Cabinet'.
You will then be able to access your filing cabinet. Scroll down the page and all relevant correspondence will appear underneath the search area.
