Precautionary measure due to COVID-19 

The health and wellbeing of our members and staff are our priority. As such we have temporarily closed the Front Counter Centre until further notice. This is a precautionary measure to protect our members and our staff. There are no known cases or exposure of COVID19 at our Front Counter Centre.

We provide many self service functions on our website. You will need to log into the member portal  using your Client ID which you'll find on your Annual Statement. You'll find some instructions to register and log in here .

Switch your investment

You can switch your investment option online for your entire super balance and/or future contributions. But prior to doing that you may like to read the most recent Market Commentary to help you understand the impact of the current market volatility. If you still have unanswered questions we've prepared some FAQs which you can access  here  including how to make a switch.

Forms and documents

We are currently accepting photos or scanned copies of completed forms and supporting documents which you can send to Super SA via email to supersa@sa.gov.au.

 

Currently critical transactions and payments are being processed only, which means there may be delays to other requests and transactions.

 

Member Education visits and seminars

We have currently postponed all member education worksite visits and seminars. You can register your interest for future seminars  here
