Welcome to the Lump Sum Scheme

The Lump Sum Scheme is the super scheme for SA public sector employees who elected to contribute to the scheme after 1 July 1988 and before 3 May 1994.

The Lump Sum Scheme is an ‘unfunded defined benefit’ scheme and members enjoy the following benefits:

  • Lump sum entitlements payable upon
    • Retirement, retrenchment or resignation
