Interruption to online services
The member portal is unavailable for system upgrades from 5pm (local time) on 13 January and will be available again on 24 January 2025. Super SA is unable to process any transactions during this time, including investment switches. Refer to the Unit Pricing Significant Event Notice for further details or the SEN FAQ webpage.
On Friday 17 January, our member services team will only be able to provide you with limited information and balances as at 3pm Thursday 16 January.
