Your personalised Annual Statement
Pension and Lump Sum statements will be posted to members from mid-September and SA Ambulance statements from early October.If you are a Triple S, Super SA Select, Income Stream or Flexible Rollover Product member, your Annual Statement will be ready for you from mid to late October.
Depending on your correspondence preference, you will either receive an email from Super SA asking you to log in to the Member Portal or your statement will be delivered to you via Australia Post. All members who are registered for the Member Portal will be able to view their statement in their filing cabinet now.
Your Member Portal has been optimised for Google Chrome browser and using this will provide the best online experience. When using other devices or browsers, you may encounter challenges with accessing your portal including downloading items from your filing cabinet. Finding your statement in your Member Portal
- Open Google Chrome browser or download it here.
- Login to the Member Portal or learn more about how to register here.
- Navigate to the top right-hand corner of your screen.
- Select My reports then My filing cabinet.
- Select your scheme in the Account ID field and Annual Statement from the document type field.
- Click Search and select on your annual statement to open the document.
