Interruption to online services

We’re interrupting some of our online services for maintenance and system upgrades and apologise for any inconvenience.

If you’ve jumped online to make an investment switch, please use the Offline change my investments form instead. When you have filled it in, simply email or post it to us.

If you’re looking to access your filing cabinet, this will be available once the portal is back online.

 


Any switch submitted after 5:00 pm on a business day becomes effective the following business day. Although the member portal is currently down this evening, any switch submitted before 5:00 pm tomorrow will still receive the same effective date as if it were processed now. Please ensure the switch is completed before 5:00 pm tomorrow to achieve the same outcome.
